The hotel's cleanliness and decent breakfast were satisfactory, with good Wi-Fi connectivity for those needing to stay connected. The spa facilities, including the Bali massage, were a standout feature and worth the price. The indoor pools and jacuzzi provided relaxation after adventurous days.In terms of value, the newness of the hotel and comfortable beds were appreciated. However, the room cleanliness could be improved for a more consistent experience. While the food quality stood out, service aspects could be enhanced.Considering the overall offer, including the spa amenities and cleanliness, Perla leans more towards a luxury experience, albeit with some value aspects that could be optimized.
